Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to:

Your notice must include the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Counter-Notice

If you believe that content you posted was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with us at the same email address.

Policy on Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.

Under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065), you have the right to report content on our platform that you consider to be illegal under EU or member-state law.

How to Report Illegal Content

• An explanation of why you believe the content is illegal, including the applicable law
• Your name and contact information

How We Handle Reports

• We will acknowledge receipt of your report without undue delay
• We will review the reported content in a timely, diligent, and non-arbitrary manner
• We will notify you of our decision and explain the reasoning
• If the content is found to be illegal, we will act expeditiously to remove or restrict access to it
• Content providers will be notified and given the right to appeal ("counter-statement")
