Intimate AI provides AI-powered text chat and AI-generated image content ONLY.

All characters are operated by artificial intelligence. You are interacting with AI, not real people.

✅ Services We Provide:

  • AI-generated text conversations with fictional AI characters
  • Access to AI-generated photo libraries (100+ images per character)
  • Unlimited text-based AI chat interactions
  • AI-generated images in various styles and contexts

❌ Services We DO NOT Provide:

  • Live cam shows or live video streaming
  • Real-time video calls or video chat
  • Custom video creation on demand
  • Any interaction with real people
  • Any form of live interaction beyond AI text chat
  • Custom real-time image generation based on user requests

⚠️ AI DISCLOSURE (EU AI Act Art. 50): All characters on this platform are powered by artificial intelligence. You are chatting with AI, not real humans. Images displayed during chat are AI-generated and selected from a pre-existing library based on conversation context. Images are NOT created on-demand or in real-time.

  • Images are NOT created the moment you request them
  • Images are NOT custom-made to your specifications
  • Images are selected from AI-generated libraries created before your conversation
  • AI characters cannot create new poses, outfits, or scenes on demand

Entertainment Purposes: All characters are AI-operated. If any AI character mentions "live shows," "video calls," "custom videos," or "creating an image just for you," this is fictional roleplay and does NOT reflect actual service capabilities.

⚡ "On Demand Prompts" — How Image Selection Works

⚠️ UI TERMINOLOGY CLARIFICATION: The On Demand Prompts feature displays the word "Generate" and a brief processing animation for user experience purposes only. This does NOT involve real-time AI image creation.

When you submit a prompt, our system:

  • Analyses your text input for relevant keywords and descriptive tags
  • Searches our existing database of pre-created images
  • Returns the best-matching image already present in our library

2. Pricing & Subscription Terms

Monthly Plan:

  • Price: $9.99 per month
  • Billing: Charged monthly on your subscription date
  • Cancellation: Can be cancelled anytime; access continues until end of billing period
  • Renewal: Automatically renews unless cancelled

Annual Plan:

  • Price: $5.99 per month when billed annually
  • Total Charge: $71.88 paid upfront for 12 months
  • Billing: One-time payment of $71.88 charged immediately upon purchase
  • Cancellation: Non-refundable; access remains active for full 12 months
  • Renewal: Does not auto-renew; you must manually renew after 12 months

🔔 BILLING TRANSPARENCY: The annual plan advertises "$5.99/month" but charges $71.88 immediately as a single payment. You are paying for 12 months of service upfront at a discounted rate, NOT paying $5.99 each month.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Intimate AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

4. Age Verification & Adult Content Warning

⚠️ IMPORTANT: 18+ ONLY

This service contains adult content and is intended for users 18 years of age or older.

  • You affirm that you are at least 18 years old
  • You understand this service contains sexually explicit AI-generated material
  • Accessing this service if you are under 18 is strictly prohibited
  • You confirm such material is legal in your jurisdiction

5. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing

Prices for credits are listed on our website and may change at any time with reasonable notice.

6.2 Credits

  • Credits are virtual currency used to unlock premium content
  • Credits never expire
  • Credits are non-transferable
  • Credits have no cash value

6.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment processors including CCBill, Stripe, and/or cryptocurrency payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable processor's terms and conditions.

7. Right of Withdrawal — Waiver (EU Consumers)

⚖️ EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Art. 16(m)

Under EU law, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content that has begun delivery with the consumer's prior express consent.

Before completing any purchase on this platform, you are required to:

  • Expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content (credits and/or subscription access) by checking the confirmation box at checkout
  • Acknowledge that by doing so, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)

⚠️ Once you confirm and payment is processed, your digital content is delivered immediately and your right of withdrawal is lost. No cooling-off period applies after this point.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All purchases of credits and subscription access are final and non-refundable.

  • Credits: Non-refundable once purchased — credits are delivered immediately upon payment
  • Subscription (monthly): You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle
  • Subscription (annual): Charged as a single upfront payment. Non-refundable. Access remains active for the full 12-month term regardless of cancellation
  • Chargebacks: Filing a fraudulent chargeback will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to fraud prevention databases

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges caused by a verified system error), we may issue a refund or credit at our sole discretion. Contact support@intimateai.site with your transaction details if you believe a billing error occurred.

9. Content Disclaimer & AI Transparency

All content on this platform is generated by artificial intelligence:

  • Characters are fictional and operated entirely by AI
  • No real person is behind the chat responses or images
  • All images are AI-generated
  • AI responses may be inaccurate or make claims about capabilities we don't offer
  • AI characters may reference features that don't exist (e.g., "live shows") — these are NOT available

If an AI character promises something not listed in Section 1, it is not available. We are only obligated to provide AI text chat and AI-generated photo selection.

10. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to bypass payment systems
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract AI models
  • Use bots or automated systems to access the Service
  • Attempt to generate content depicting minors or illegal acts
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff

11. Content Reporting (EU Digital Services Act)

In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), you can report illegal content on our platform by contacting support@intimateai.site with the subject line "DSA Content Report". Your report should include:

  • A description of the content you believe is illegal
  • The location (URL or description) of the content
  • The reason you believe it is illegal
  • Your contact information

We will review all reports and respond within 7 business days.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, images, AI models, and software, is owned by the operator or its licensors. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
  • Create derivative works
  • Use content for commercial purposes
  • Remove copyright or trademark notices

13. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

  • CCBill / Stripe: Payment processing
  • NOWPayments: Cryptocurrency payment processing
  • CPAGrip: Offerwall / rewards partner
  • ExoClick / NeverBlock: Advertising network

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices or content.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, offensive, or inappropriate
  • We are not liable for content created by AI models
  • We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or browsers

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Swedish or EU law.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim. This limitation does not affect your statutory consumer rights under EU/Swedish law.

16. Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms
  • Remove content that violates these terms or applicable law

You may delete your account at any time through your Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account.

17. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent website notice at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Sweden.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Nothing in this section limits your rights to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence as provided by mandatory consumer protection laws.

19. DMCA / Copyright Notices

If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to support@intimateai.site with:

  • Description and location of the copyrighted work
  • Statement of good faith belief
